Ingredients of Tricolor Pasta Salad with Eggs, Corn and Olives

Serving-3 

  • 250 grams tricolor fusilli
  • 1/2 cup American corn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt As required
  • 3 egg
  • 15 grams black olives
  • 75 milliliter virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • black pepper As required

How to make Tricolor Pasta Salad with Eggs, Olives and Corn

Step 1
To prepare this tasteful salad dish, first, take a large sized deep-bottomed pan and place it on medium-high flame. Then, pour and boil a good amount of water in it. Now, add a little amount of oil and salt in it. Once the water has boiled, transfer the tricolor fusilli pasta in the pan and cook it until tender. Then, drain the water and transfer the boiled pasta in a large sized bowl. Keep aside for a while.

Step 2
Now, take a large sized bowl and add dried basil along with vinegar, honey, crushed garlic. Also, pour olive oil in it. Then, add salt and pepper as required. Now, whisk the mixture with the help of a blender until you get a smooth paste. Once done, keep aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Next, take the boiled pasta bowl(step 1) and add olives and corn in it. Then, add the prepared dressing(step 2). Mix gently and serve fresh.

Step 4
Lastly, transfer the pasta salad in a serving dish and top with halved eggs. Serve cold. You may add garlic tossed mushroom as a veg protein instead of eggs, as per your choice.
