Indian captain Virat Kohli swooped it all at the ICC Awards 2018 on Tuesday in Dubai. The Skipper won the ODI Cricketer of the Year, the Test Cricketer of the Year and the 2018 Cricketer of the Year.
Kohli has now become the first and only cricketer to have ever won all three top titles in the same year.
He also made history by becoming the first player ever to win the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for ICC Cricketer of the Year two years in a row.
BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) congratulated Kohli for his extraordinary win at the ICC Awards this year.
“I’m very happy with the awards,” Kohli said in his video thanking BCCI for the honours. His fans, of course, are happier.
