Elon Musk deletes Tesla & SpaceX’s page from Facebook.

Things are not seeing to be going good for Facebook & Mark Zuckerberg. Days after the the news broke out that Cambridge Analytica used Facebook’s 10 Million users data to influence the 2016 US Presidential elections, #DeleteFacebook was trending on twitter.

The movement grew even bigger when Whatsapp’s Co Founder Brian Acton post a tweet saying ” Now is the time, DeleteFacebook”.

Another powerful man, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk is the latest to jump on the #DeleteFacebook bandwagon.

In response to a question from a twitter user about deleting SpaceX’s Facebook page, Musk replied on Friday: “I didn’t realize there was one. Will do.”

He then deleted the SpaceX page, as well as the Tesla page.

Even after apology from Mark Zuckerberg things don’t seem to be slowing down for him.

This is the highest-profile leader to join the #deletefacebook movement that is building in force. Asked earlier this week by The New York Times about the movement, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg replied in part, “I don’t think we’ve seen a meaningful number of people act on that, but, you know, it’s not good. I think it’s a clear signal that this is a major trust issue for people, and I understand that.”
